Methanol-Powered: Emission Reduction Pioneer, Power of Choice
After precise calibration of methanol engine operating conditions, in the actual exhaust emissions of methanol-fueled vehicles, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon pollutants are significantly reduced, and nitrogen oxides are also decreased. The overall emissions are effectively and balanced controlled, which makes a significant contribution to improving air pollution. The methanol production process is carried out under high temperature and high pressure with fully enclosed equipment. The discharge of waste gas, waste water and solid waste meets the standards. The solid waste residue is used in the production of building materials, and the sulfides in raw coal are converted into by-products such as sulfur and sulfuric acid for comprehensive utilization. It is an effective way for the clean utilization of coal resources in China. If methanol enters the environment, the resulting harm is relatively slight. Because in the natural environment, methanol can be degraded by microorganisms. At the same time, due to its high solubility in water, methanol is quickly diluted by surface water and groundwater. Therefore, in the environment, the generation and degradation of methanol are widely distributed and naturally balanced. In addition, methanol is making rapid progress as a marine fuel. In case of an accident leading to a large amount of methanol leakage into water, the impact of methanol on aquatic animals is much smaller than that of gasoline. Taking fish as an example, the median lethal dose of methanol is 15400mg/L, while that of heavy oil and diesel, which are widely used as marine fuels, is 79mg/L and 65mg/L respectively, about 194 times and 237 times that of methanol. The median lethal dose of gasoline reaches 8.2mg/L, 1878 times that of methanol. That is to say, the toxicity of methanol to aquatic animals (fish, crustaceans, mollusks, etc.) is far less than that of other marine fuels such as gasoline and diesel. Therefore, methanol fuel is increasingly widely used in engines and shows significant advantages. Take the FARIZON methanol series engines as an example. They have fully switched to the second-generation independent methanol control system and use M100 methanol clean energy. Comprehensive improvements have been made in efficient combustion, low-temperature starting, intelligent hybrid power, emission control, corrosion and wear resistance, resulting in excellent performance of high performance, low fuel consumption, high reliability and low emissions. These have been fully verified in application conditions such as generator sets, marine engines and engineering machinery. In terms of performance, this series of engines adopts a high compression ratio, high-energy ignition, high-tumble intake port structure, and optimizes the valve timing mechanism, and uses technologies such as intake turbocharging and intercooling to make combustion more sufficient and power stronger, which can meet the demand for strong power of various equipment in non-road fields. Through the optimization of combustion by the methanol control system, the engine has more excellent fuel economy, low use cost and high cost performance. Compared with diesel engines, it can save 20% in economy, which can effectively reduce the operating cost for non-road equipment with long-term high-intensity operation. In terms of high reliability, this series of engines adheres to the concept of high-quality development. Considerations are made from multiple aspects and dimensions such as technical routes, CAE analysis, and test verification, so that the product quality is reliable and the service life is long. The B10 life is ≥ 1.2 million kilometers, and it can operate stably in harsh environments such as mines and infrastructure, reducing downtime losses caused by equipment failures. In terms of emission control, as methanol is a recognized clean energy, compared with conventional fuels such as gasoline and diesel, its combustion is more sufficient and complete. Therefore, the emissions of CO, HC and NOx in the exhaust of this series of engines are significantly reduced, with almost no particulate emissions, and emissions have been significantly reduced.which is consistent with the emission reduction performance of methanol fuel in road vehicles, further confirming the prominent advantages of methanol fuel in environmental protection. From the environmental protection characteristics of methanol fuel itself, to the excellent performance of methanol engines in road and non-road fields, and then to the remarkable results in practical applications, it fully shows that methanol-fueled engines conform to the current global emission reduction trend, are an important path to achieve clean energy and promote sustainable development, and it is an inevitable result to become the general trend.

FARIZON Engines: Sustainable Power Innovator for the Non-Road Market
The global non-road machinery sector is undergoing a profound emissions reduction revolution. Against the backdrop of the full implementation of China's Non-Road Stage IV standards and increasingly stringent EU Stage V regulations, traditional high-emission engines are gradually being phased out. FARIZON, leveraging its methanol-diesel dual-fuel technology, multi-scenario platform for marine and power generation applications, and a full life-cycle cost reduction system, offers a new paradigm of sustainable power for mining, shipping, emergency power supply, and other sectors. Emerging as a pioneer in methanol power, FARIZON is igniting new vitality in the non-road market. Methanol Fuel Engines: From Energy Anxiety to Carbon Neutrality Pioneer. Faced with sharp fluctuations in diesel prices and increasingly severe carbon emission pressures, FARIZON's methanol series engines have achieved a breakthrough with three major innovations. First, the flexible dual-fuel system supports the co-combustion of M100 pure methanol and diesel in a certain proportion, a feature that has reduced fuel costs by a considerable margin. Second, the use of a corrosion-resistant reinforced design with special alloy piston rings and nano-ceramic cylinder liners has successfully solved the industry-wide problem of methanol corrosion. Third, the near-zero low-temperature starting performance is excellent; in extremely low-temperature environments, the cold start time is far below the industry average, fully demonstrating its great potential in terms of carbon neutrality. Marine Power Innovation: Navigating Strict Emission Zones. Under the requirements of the IMO 2023 new regulations, FARIZON marine engines take a leading position in the industry by virtue of their three-stage purification technology. The pre-treatment layer is equipped with a methanol fuel pre-desulfurization device, which can efficiently remove most sulfides; the combustion optimization layer adopts adaptive swirl ratio control to significantly reduce particulate matter emissions, keeping them at an extremely low level; the post-treatment layer uses a compact SCR system to significantly reduce ammonia slip, with a very obvious emission reduction effect. At present, this series of engines has been successfully applied to various types of ship scenarios such as Yangtze River inland cargo ships and liquefied natural gas carriers. Through their stable performance in these actual operating environments, they have not only fully verified their reliability in meeting strict emission requirements, but also promoted the realization of the first commercial operation of a methanol-powered fleet. This provides a practical solution for the green transformation of the marine power sector and sets a new benchmark for the future development direction of the industry. The Heart of Construction Machinery: A Benchmark for Performance in Extreme Working Conditions. Designed for harsh environments such as mines and infrastructure projects, FARIZON's construction machinery power systems adhere to a survival-oriented design philosophy. Their load fluctuation resistance technology can withstand a significant instantaneous overload for a certain period of time, after which the protection system will automatically intervene to effectively prevent equipment damage due to overloading. The three-stage filtration system achieves extremely high air filtration efficiency in desert working conditions, while greatly extending the maintenance cycle and reducing the frequency and cost of maintenance. The all-terrain cooling module performs excellently, ensuring no power attenuation even in extremely high-temperature environments, and enabling smooth startup without preheating in extremely cold conditions, fully adapting to various harsh operating climates. This rugged design based on actual working conditions allows FARIZON's construction machinery power systems to maintain stable output in extreme scenarios such as splashing gravel in mines and muddy bumps at infrastructure sites. It not only provides reliable power support for the efficient operation of heavy machinery but also, with its strong adaptability to harsh environments, becomes a benchmark for performance in extreme working conditions in the construction machinery field, safeguarding the progress of various high-difficulty projects. While traditional engine giants remain focused on a single technical path, FARIZON has opened up a new battlefield with the concept of defining power by scenarios. Today, FARIZON engines are quietly evolving into an indispensable invisible infrastructure in the global energy transition process, which also confirms the company's in-depth strategy: in an era of increasingly diversified energy landscapes, true industry leadership is reflected not only in the tough conquest of extreme environments but also in the ultimate respect for ordinary scenarios — only by taking both into account can we stay at the forefront amid the waves of change.
